As a smart person we have to know how to setting our goals.There are several ways that we can do:

  • Achieve more
  • Improve our performance
  • Increase motivation to achieve
  • Increase pride and satisfaction in our achievements
  • Improve our self-confidence
  • Suffer less from stress and anxiety
  • Eliminate attitudes that hold we back and cause unhappiness to ourselves
  • Concentrate better
  • See what we have done and what we are capable of doing
  • Never give up although we have to face big problem
