How To Be A Smart Person?
Intelligence isn't something you are born with,you can make yourself smarter with a little hard work for it if you want.
1) Educating

Try to teach yourself.You can even learn from your life experiences and sometimes we can called "unschooling"
2) Expanding
Your Horizons
Be open-minded and willling to learn new thing.You have to step out from your comfort zone and this is where the learning happen.
3) Developing
Good Habits
Devote time to education.If you want to be smarter it is going to require effort.Beside that,you have to spend a lot of time actively thinking and learning if you want to be a really smart person.
4) Exercising Your Brain
Read or write stories.This will make you to become a better thinker and also help you to process the information.
5) Developing
Your People Skills
Learn to listen carefully the other's opinions about controversial things,or things they know about you.When you ask other people about yourself you can re-evaluate your own beliefs.Moreover,you have to keep an open your mind.You will become more intelligent when you ask people around you about yourself.
